    I now own 15 of these... they are the best I have found. They have a "weep" hole at the bottom so do not fill up with water. they are made of a material and in such a manner that they are impervious to the weather. If you need something to hold a pole in the ground this is it .... and they have the best prices and excellent customer service... what more can i say?? :)
